Our Riyadh team works seamlessly with the firm’s global platform to deliver fully integrated services to corporations, private equity firms, financial institutions, private companies, government agencies, and regulators across a wide range of industries and practice areas. We routinely advise clients on debt and equity capital markets transactions, domestic and cross-border M&A, project finance, restructurings, as well as banking and Islamic finance matters. Saudi government entities also regularly engage Latham to guide the drafting of local regulations.The Riyadh office comprises Saudi and internationally qualified bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking lawyers with a long history of practicing in the Kingdom.
