Latham’s Data and Technology Transactions team helps clients negotiate their most complex and important technology contracts and alliances, develop secure and compliant platforms and products, and realize the maximum value of their data and IP assets.Our group brings together the deep technical and regulatory experience and industry-focused commercial sensibility of a boutique practice combined with the global reach and depth of a first-tier global law firm. About the Role

Your Profile

- You have passed at least one State Examination with a grade of "fully satisfactory" or above.
- You have a strong interest in business and commercial matters and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You possess strong English language skills.
- You are a collaborative team player with a proactive, creative, and open-minded approach.
