But how exactly are such complex projects carried out, how does private capital get turned into new wind turbines, data centers, or energy storage systems?

As a member of our specialized PE Infrastructure & Energy team, you will learn to develop an understanding of the legal opportunities and risks involved in forward-looking projects and transactions and to find the best solutions for our clients within the framework of the contractual documentation to be finalized.

Your Profile

- You have passed at least one State Examination with a grade of "fully satisfactory" or above.
- You have a strong interest in business and commercial matters and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You possess strong English language skills.
